Anyone who knows me, knows my obsession with Momento Mori. From Skulls to Hair Art, to Seed Beads and Whitby Jet, the list just goes on. Obviously I am not alone and I think the question still remains…WHY THE FASCINATION…AND WHY DOES IT MAKE US ALL FEEL LIKE SUCH A BAD-ASS!? Whether it’s the allure of mystery, the fascination with the unknown or the proximity to darkness, Im going to leave it, much like death itself, as the great unsolved riddle.
As we fast forward to modern times, Momento Mori still exists, it’s all just a bit bling-y-er. Below are some of my top picks from some of the Skull Geniuses in the Land of Jewels.
